A normal delivery (also called vaginal birth) is the natural process of childbirth where a baby is delivered through the birth canal without surgical intervention.
A Cesarean Section is a surgical procedure where the baby is delivered through an incision in the mother's abdomen and uterus.
The mother goes into labor (natural contractions begin)
The cervix dilates to allow the baby to pass
The baby is pushed out with the help of natural contractions and doctor guidance
No major incisions or surgeries involved
Recovery is usually faster
It’s performed under local or spinal anesthesia
A horizontal or vertical incision is made
The baby is carefully lifted out
The uterus and skin are then stitched closed
